- INTELEC by QUANTRAX
This is Capital Collection Service’s collection software package. It is an intelligent Debt collation system, which means it has been programmed to think like a human. This software allows us to work more volume with ease than our competitors.
- INTELEC is a complete system that can handle everything from processing of check and credit card payments, to printing and billing medical and commercial insurances, skip-tracing, attorney accounts, linking accounts, financial profiles, bankruptcy details, etc. Capital also has a user defined window in INTELEC to store additional information such as itemized statements and complete Smart Card information. INTELEC allows for the ease of file transfers between Capital our our clients. No changes are needed from your IT department.
- CLIENT REPORTS
Capital Collection Service can provide the following:
• Account acknowledgments (new accounts)
• Placement history (analysis by placement period and other parameters)
• Activity history (analysis by placement and payment period)
• Status report (list of accounts)
• Close report (list of closed accounts)
• Regression (report by placement period, showing how quickly money is collected)
• Reports to client from Work Queue (requests for duplicate bills, disputes, checking for direct payments, etc.)
• Web-based reporting system (Reports can be viewed remotely using a web browser)
- ISCORE
Capital Collection Service is excited about our recent upgrade in INTELEC to incorporate a new Scoring system called ISCORE. This scoring system is not like most that collection agencies boast about, where accounts are emailed to another company’s database to receive a credit score. Rather, ISCORE’s foundation is programmed into Capital’s INTELEC code and will be able to accurately score an account based around our client’s specific information such as, demographic data, guarantor’s age, payment history, etc. Quantrax's models were totally neural network-based and used the finest mathematical modeling software that is available today. This custom made scoring system maximizes the amount of money being collected for you!
- REMOTE ACCESS and the INTERNET
Another upgrade in our technology that is helping Capital and our clients, is our internal network, allowing our employees to access the internet for Skiptracing the hard to find Debtor utilizing Experian’s online database and for Property ownership verification though the State of New Jersey and the State of Pennsylvania’s tax mapping boards.
Recently Capital has gain the ability to remotely access our internal network thru a 256 bit encrypted, secure Sonicwall SSL/VPN firewall. This has the latest technology in anti-virus and anti-phishing technology. With this new piece to our puzzle in place we can better monitor all activity real time. This powerful portal will allow our clients to have access to their accounts in our system though the use of a multi level verification interface.
- NOBEL SYSTEMS DCR 4.1.0 DIALER
This dialer is allowing Capital to generate greater call volume and more importantly, higher patient contact than ever before. With this powerful dialer system, Capital can leave automated messages and route only live connections to our collectors. This system also allows for 63 campaigns to run simultaneously, from pre-collect projects, to Spanish automated messages, reminder calls campaigns on current account receivables and bad debt collections.

- EXPAINDING OUR TECHNOLIGY
Capital Collection Service has just completed programming of a secure online payment site for an additional option of payment processing. Our new site will allow for a payment to be made securely from the internet. The patient can schedule automated payment at anytime of the day. We will include this option on all future notices to patients. The site is PAYCCS.NET
Times are changing and so will our current Avaya IP Office phone system. Capital will be upgrading the oldest tool in our industry, the telephone, to one of the most up to date phone/IVR systems on the market. We will have the capability of recording all incoming and outgoing calls as well as the capability for a caller to obtain their current account balance, and to make payments without any collector interaction.
